Innova Beauty Salon Policies

1. Appointment Policy

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged $15 fee.

  • No-shows will be charged $20 of the service total.

  • Clients who cancel or no-show more than 3 times may no longer be able to book future appointments with us.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. A late arrival may result in a reduced service time or a no-show fee.

4. Deposits

  • Select services (such as bridal bookings, color corrections, or extensions) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied to your final balance and must be paid at the time of booking.

5. Bridal Bookings

  • Bridal services require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date.

  • We recommend a trial session at least 4–6 weeks before the event.

  • Travel fees and minimum service requirements may apply for on-location bookings.

6. Extensions Maintenance

  • We specialize in Hairtalk weft extensions and recommend maintenance every 6–8 weeks for best results.

  • Clients must follow our professional aftercare instructions to maintain the health of their hair and the integrity of the extensions.

  • Improper care or extended wear between maintenance appointments may lead to additional fees or removal of extensions.

7. Refunds & Redos

  • We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are not satisfied, please reach out within 3 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to make adjustments.

  • Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused, for salon credit only.

8. Guests & Children

  • For safety and comfort, we ask that only clients receiving services be present in the salon area.

  • Children are welcome by appointment only and must be supervised at all times.

9. Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety concerns.

10. Hair History Disclosure

  • Please inform us of all previous color services or chemical treatments. This ensures the safest and most accurate service possible.

  • We are not responsible for undesired outcomes due to withheld or inaccurate hair history.

11. Photos & Social Media

  • We love to showcase our work! We may take photos or videos of your hair to share on our platforms.

  • Let us know if you prefer not to have your image shared—we respect your privacy.

12. Payment Methods

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Gratuity is appreciated and can be given via cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, or Zelle (ask your stylist for preferred method).

  • No checks accepted.
